Our managed recruitment advertising packages start at €499 + VAT. This includes a 30-day featured job listing, €200 of Meta advertising spend, recruitment creative, campaign management and reporting.
Is the advertising budget included in the price?
Yes. Each package includes the stated paid advertising budget. There is no separate Meta or LinkedIn advertising charge for the agreed package unless additional expenditure is approved in advance.
How long does a campaign run?
Your featured job listing runs for up to 30 days, unless the vacancy is filled or withdrawn earlier. Paid social advertising runs for an agreed period within that campaign.
Which advertising platform should we choose?
Facebook and Instagram may be suitable for frontline care recruitment, while LinkedIn may be worth considering for nursing, clinical, management and specialist positions. We can discuss the most appropriate option for your vacancy.
Do candidates apply directly to our organisation?
Yes. Applicants can use your recruitment email address or be redirected to your own application website. CareJobsIreland.ie does not collect or store candidate CVs.
Do you charge a recruitment commission?
No. We charge for recruitment advertising services, not successful hires. There are no additional placement fees or recruitment agency commissions.
Can we advertise multiple vacancies?
Yes. A campaign can cover multiple openings for the same role and location, subject to agreement. Different roles and multiple locations may require a tailored campaign or quotation.
Do you guarantee applications or successful hires?
No. Recruitment advertising performance depends on factors such as the position, location, salary, working conditions and candidate availability. We provide campaign management and advertising reporting but cannot guarantee applications or hires.
When is payment required?
Payment is required before the advertising campaign begins. Your campaign details, advertising budget and agreed deliverables will be confirmed in advance.
